What's included in a standard clean?

All floors vacuumed and mopped, kitchen counters, sinks and exterior appliances, fully sanitized bathrooms, dusting of surfaces and fixtures, mirrors polished, beds made, trash removed and high-touch points disinfected. Anything beyond that — inside the oven, baseboards, grout — falls under a deep clean.

What does toxic free actually mean?

We clean with plant-based, biodegradable products only — no bleach, no ammonia, no quats and no synthetic fragrance. No chemical smell afterwards, and no need to keep kids or pets out of a room while it airs. We are happy to share the ingredient list for anything we use.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Equipment, cloths and cleaning products are included in every price. If you prefer we use your products or a specific fragrance-free line, just leave them out and tell us in your booking notes.

Are you insured and bonded?

Accepted Answer

Yes — $2,000,000 general liability, a janitorial bond covering every employee, and workers' compensation. All cleaners are W-2 employees with nationwide background checks re-run annually. We issue certificates of insurance on request.

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. Most recurring clients give us a lockbox code or garage code. We log arrival and departure times and lock up behind us.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Call or email at least 24 hours before your visit and we'll move it free of charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours carry a $50 fee, since the crew's day is already committed.

What is the satisfaction guarantee?

If anything is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean that area at no cost. If you're still not happy, we refund that visit.

How is pricing structured?

Residential is a flat rate per visit based on bedrooms, bathrooms, clean type and frequency — use the estimator on the residential page. Commercial is custom quoted after we review square footage, scope and hours.

Question 9

Can you clean outside business hours?

Accepted Answer

For commercial clients, that's the norm. We work evenings, nights and weekends so your staff and customers never see us working.
